My old Garmin had a great feature where you told it what distance you were going to run and your target time. It them showed you if you were up or behind your target pace and by how much.

Is there an iPhone App which does this? I already use Strava for running, which does give you 0.5km splits.

Trying to do a sub 40 min 10km.

Probably some sort of project here with one of those electric shock collars for dogs and a phone 😉

Endomondo has an Audio Coach that will call out Average Pace every km and average for the run. As long as you know what you should be averaging that would do?

That's what Strava does. Usually Im too busy just trying to breath to start remembering split times.

I like the Garmin as it showed in real time if you were dropping off the pace, rather than wait for the next spilt.
