I wouldn't normally do this but I know these 2 guys and they're suffering at the moment, any encouragement would be massively appreciated.

Fingers crossed they should be finishing in Lynmouth this afternoon, 117 miles in 5 days in some horrendous conditions raising money for prostate cancer research. Just a word of encouragement on their Fb page would be appreciated. Cheers
