No, just one...Me!
I use the RTI software for the same reasons as you and generally have no problems with it (in fact I rather like it as it automatically calculates the PAYE and NIC figures and does the end of year forms, other than P11D, for me).
I did have a bit of a sense of humour failure recently over its failure to update for the new tax year, but sorted it by downloading and installing the latest version, and restoring my backup file and all was good.
