“Aims to deliver next working day with online tracking” and fails every time, despite the email/text telling me they will be delivering.

Does RM actually provide any tracking, beyond "we've got it" and "delivered" ??

It's clearly described as an aspiration rather than a promise.

hahahaha - "tracked" pmsl. 5 days later, it's still on it's way so I go to the depot and ask where it is. They don't know.
So you've lost it then?
No, it's not lost.
So where is it?

Do you know the meaning of the word "lost"?

It seems that they are aiming too high trying for 24 hours, they are currently 0 for 2.
Maybe they should review the blurb to “we aim to deliver” at least then expectations can be met.
It’s not like you even get a refund after paying for the 24 hour service

We use this service quite a bit and most of the time it gets delivered on the next working day. Do you live somewhere weird?
