Great name. Vinyl ordered, mainly as a wall hanger!

I saw that on the Juno mailing list! Blimey, it's like there's someone else with me in this parallel universe of non-heavy-rock music ๐Ÿ˜†

Here's one I was attracted to by the artwork alone. But then liked it ๐Ÿ™‚

I love Emotinium but the background story is very dodgy, If I remember correctly RotR asked to do a remix of Ceephax to which he obliged and then released it through another label, with a different song name and without crediting Ceephax.

There's a description under howsyourdad1's youtube link. The fact that it's still up on yt must mean it's all sorted... lovely track. ๐Ÿ™‚

Watching the video for the Railway Ravers track really makes me want to hear whatever disco track they were originally dancing too, though. Anyone know what it was?

Roy Of the ravers. Strong name. I was expecting something harder than that. It sounds more trancy

Been following Roy for a while now, ever since hearing "Emo" (which I would say is probably in my Top 10 favourite tracks ever).
If you've got 45mins to spare then this is worth a listen...

*how do I post a direct link on this sorry excuse for a forum software??!!

Haha! Thanks for the Ceephax video. All the gig footage is from a Bangface night. I'm in the crowd somewhere.

I also met him at Glastonbury about a decade ago, at about 4am on the hill overlooking the festival. I didn't know who he was, and he asked me what I'd seen that evening. "Square pusher was banging, in the Glade stage", I said.

"Oh - That's my brother"

I didn't believe him.

First time I've heard that Emotinium track

My favourite thing about STW forum is the sneaky raver threads

I was hoping for rave, would have enjoyed trance.

:(. Not my cup of tea.
