[Closed] Routes and campsites for route down to French Alps then on to Dolomites?

I know there've been a couple of threads, but I can't find them.
Looking for light touch campsites for one night, down through France to the Alps, for maybe 2 nights, then possibly along the coast between Sanremo and Genoa.
Any good suggestions?
We're not needing or wanting children friendly (if you know what I mean...)
