What you need to know seems to be in the article - certain brands / models of router are involved - look in the article, look at your router.

Thousands of TalkTalk and Post Office customers have had their internet access cut

If you're access hasn't been cut then its a fair guess that you've not got one of the effected routers.

so somehow people have hacked into thousands of routers, and talk talk are saying nothing on their website about it only all phone lines are busy, which isnt unusual as they never answer the phone.

So what does it mean for people with the affected routers who cant read bbc news reports, because their router has been hacked.

Talk Talk are on list of companies to never, ever, ever do business with again, and issues like this confirm why.
nPower, Churchill Insurance and a particular garage in Sheffield are also on the list.

If they can't see the BBC article they won't be able to access the Talk Talk website either. If you haven't been effected you don't need to call Talk Talk. By not calling them the people who have actually been effected have a better chance of getting through.
