Hi, are these the only things I need to carry my bike in the roof? Or do i need more fixing thingy? Thanks

Yes.
I would also get some protective tape, as the 'clamps' can mark paint - better to have some proper helicopter tape that you can take off with hairdryer should you need to sell car.
