Been off sick as a dog today, have watched the first three Rocky films and d'you know what? They are good films. They might not catch any records for sportual accuracy but godDAMN them films tug on the emotiona. Good stuff.

I don't see it as being any unacceptably existable as the likelihood of 5' 3" Stallone beating 6' 7" former pro linebacker Weathers in a foot race. :);

Do you mean Rocky V or Rocky Balboa? The very last one was excellent! V was gash.
Although no acting great, Stallone is not a bad actor. He could have taken on more weighty roles than he did. Rocky is a good film. He puts in a good turn in Copland.

John Rambo was very entertaining too. Which then led me to believe that Stallone was on a roll and the Expendables would obviously be action movie of the century...
What a let down that was.
Back to Rocky though. Rocky is awesome.
The first one is great then it all gets a bit crap.
The first and last Rambo and Rocky films are well worth watching.
