The latest lining for the cat litter tray just landed from tiny-majoritied, mekon-headed Angela Rayner obsessive James Daly

All the various electoral bumph we’ve had so far has had no Tory party branding. No logo’s, no mention of the conservatives or the Tory party whatsoever

Today they’ve gone a step further and everything is now red. They’ve even ditched the Tory blue now. As all this crap comes straight from central office, I presume the new colour change applies nationally

I can bet that in most cases the ‘local people tell James Daly their top priorities’ feature will mainly have been ‘get rid of you’

Funnily enough, I was just about to search for a postcode in his constituency to propose some priorities on behalf of one of my noms de plume to the link in the qr code.

Lol, I bet. Not had a Tory leaflet here but I may well have just picked it up and auto binned it.

Had Labour leaflet and door knock. Or council flipped to Labour from Tory last year and I'm genuinely hoping we rid ourselves of our Tory MP too.

My lad lives in a different constituency, Tory, and I had a chat with him today to remind him how important it is to vote. Not my place to say who he should vote for (though I know...) but it is my place to remind him that the locals and the GE will decide the type of country, social care, schooling and health care his (now) two children will inherit.

You certainly have a way with words @binners!

I love the little (and empty) sound bite at the bottom right "the government has passed tough new laws to force tech bosses to make childrens safety a priority or they could face fines of billions" HmmHmmm...

Mrs fadda was standing in our hallway and watched as our local tory MP (the Welsh Secretary, no less) posted a card through the letter box saying "I knocked but you weren't in when I called".

She was standing about 4 feet behind that very door, so I can only imagine that he knocked VERY quietly...

He’s an absolute muppet. Apparently he won’t say publicly what he’s accusing her of as he’d leave himself open to being sued.

He’s going to look like an even bigger dick than he looks already when she’s cleared of whatever it is he’s made up. I hope they do him for wasting police time

If only the Tefal-bonced cockwomble was as committed to representing his constituents as he is to being a really creepy stalker of Angela Rayner,

We had our local Tory MP's bumf through too, it's all 'purple' and pretty much the only reason to vote for him is to keep the SNP out - that's his full 'agenda'.

Using campaign money to "pay bad people".... getting summarily kidnapped at 3am.  I'd love to know the full story of that one!

Tom Sharpe in today's World.  I think he would manage but his books are now almost documentaries.

(Little known fact: Blott was based on the gardener at the Lancing College boarding house which was evacuated to the big house by my grandparent's farm.  I am for now part owner of their cricket pitch)

Won't work in East Lothian - Pro independence vote split due to us now having an Alba cuckoo so their opponents are Labour.  They are going to have to do some work here unlike Fluffy.  Don't know who their creature is going to be - that nice Mr Hoy again?(He actually is by their standards)

Well, I suppose Angela Rayner knew she wouldn't have to wait to long for the inevitable Tory sleaze to appear! I bet this ain't get reported fault by The Express though...

He was a prime ministerial trade envoy to Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina

This probably came in handy for his erm, other leisure activity.

What a shit shower the Tories are.

As I said to my mate this morning, probably strapped down to a rent-bears pain table when his credit card got declined, so Daddy got the polaroid out and told him to phone a friend or he'd start snapping away.

I'm guessing the £14,000 campaign funds he used for "private medical treatment" tell an interesting story too.

To be clear, using campaign funds for "personal usage" is illegal or just against party rules?

Just want to clarify my thoughts here, I couldn't give a damn about his sexuality. That's irrelevant. What's not irrelevant is being in  a position of power and allegedly using prostitutes over the last decade whilst in office. In addition, funding that at least partially with campaign funds. I'm not even getting into him almost killing sometimes pet dog by getting it drunk...

Now... How long will Sunak lie for before he admits he's known all this for 3 months...?

A council leader is facing allegations that he kicked, punched, spat at and throttled women.

Denying the allegations strenuously seems ambitious given that he has prior convictions and most of his former partners have lined up to corroborate and detail their own experiences of abuse. He's even crying about being harrassed himself. Utterly without shame or remorse, a true sociopath.

How hard can it be, as a tory MP, to find someone that'll tie you up and hurt you? I'll do it for free, I feel it's my civic duty.

We need to be careful with this one as its got nothing to do with his sexuality, not that you said that of course.

Do Tories tend to be more likely to indulge in paying for prostitutes, sexual harassment, being bullies with women (verbally or physically) and more likely to indulge in financial oddities? Possibly. I suspect that someone somewhere has actually quantified the numbers too.

My own working assumption is that amongst the current crop of Tory MP's you have a large dose of entitlement, a sense that others are only there to be used and that if discovered you won't be held to the same petty rules that others follow.

Just an assumption but there is fundamentally something malignant at the heart of the Tory party that seems to metastasis amongst it's members.

I suppose this is what happens when your formative sexual experiences involve a grim initiation ceremony with an older boy in boarding school, rather than fingers and tops with Louise in the park after a load of alcopops?

This is starting to resemble the fag end of John Majors government more and more by the day. In fact it’s far worse!

Meanwhile, while everyone’s talking about some Tory dickhead being held hostage by rent boys, don’t forget that there’s apparently no money for anything.

Apart from taxpayers bailing out corporate shareholders yet again…

"This is starting to resemble the fag end of John Majors government more and more by the day."

I was going to make that exact point. It's the "Back to Basics" era all over again. Just waiting for Sunak to announce some kind of British Moral Values initiative and then we can start preparing for a September election.

"To be clear, using campaign funds for “personal usage” is illegal or just against party rules?"

That is a (cough) interesting question currently being asked in Scotland...

I'm struggling to get my head around the fact we live with a version of capitalism where you can load up a company with huge debt, still pay massive dividends.. then pile that debt into tax payers and it's totally legal?

Totally f**** up.
