A kinder, gentler, less cynical world view is almost impossible to find in children's tv. Fantastically imagined, playful worlds that still capture the imagination. Sadpuss indeed.

As Davesport - a massive fan. Wonderfully imagined and beautifully, lovingly realised. A very valuable and fondly remembered part of my childhood.

Sad times indeed. Moomins were great, but Bagpus et al were SO much better.
