Johnny Briggs who played Baldwin for 35 years has died at 85.
I met him a couple of times. Seemed a nice chap. He bought me a Wimbledon Special, champers and strawberries in Dukes 92.
Off to the knicker factory in the sky no doubt.
RIP Johnny.
