He’s an absolute legend in the MRT community, we’ve lost the biggest of big hitters. A truly lovely guy with an amazing legacy of public service. He had time for everybody, he was one of the very best.
I only know him by reputation. I used to run glencoe youth hostel the members of glencoe mrt often spoke about him in glowing terms . It's a sad day.
Not someone I've heard of down in Somerset, but he sounds an incredible guy. There's quite an in depth piece on the BBC.
