Isn't it strange that all the research points towards reductions in parking and vehicle use with greater spending in local shops, increased well being and higher levels of pedestrians and cyclists - but ElPicklies still thinks back to the late 70s and early 80s when the car was king.

New democratic right could allow local residents and firms to trigger a council led review of road restrictions in their area.
So the petition will ask the council who introduced the restrictions to review their own work...............?
