I managed to swipe a contact and deleted the entire history of our text messages on my Iphone 5. Can I get these back?
I use the icloud thing but am not sure if this does text messages and if I can just restore one person.
Any help?

Restore from your last iTunes backup.

Hmm, yeah I know I can do that but it was ages ago and i am not sure if that will wipe everything that is on it since then.
