Anyone know how I restore the default fonts in Mail? Was playing about and have broken it; there doesn't seem to be an obvious was of restoring to default.
Ideally want to go back to 'System Default Font 12' (which presumably means some variant of San Francisco) but can't see how this is done.
If not, I shall be stranded on Helvetica Neue…

Actually Fanny is my mum’s sister, Robert was her husband.
Unfortunately that’s how you change it, there doesn’t seem to be an option there to restore defaults.
Try quitting, then hold down shift while restarting Mail.
Failing that, delete the Mail preference files. I don’t actually know whether this will delete old messages and force everything to be re-downloaded (I’d guess not, but I’d check). It’ll delete all pretences though, which will just be generates again next time you open it.
