Im bored so I thought I post this on here.
Just had my resting heart rate taken during a medical at work.
It was measured at 42. Pretty low I thought, it's usually about 48-50 when I count. Last time it was measured at 42 was about 10 yrs ago.
One day it's gonna slow down so much that it'll stop all together.

A lot depends on when they do it. They often say that it's lowest first thing in the AM, but for me at least that's definitely NOT true. After a good rest in the mid afternoon is a good low point.
