I need to start going through a complaints escalation procedure with an insurance company who can't be contacted on the phone and don't reply to e-mail. While doing a bit of internet research I came across this free service

Consumers champion for free? I'm suspicious, do I end up giving them 75% of any money I get, or my first born? Anyone used them? Ta.
