I don't know what you're referring to specifically in the OP - the link is just to the root of the Classifieds.
I know there isn't a direct way to report ads currently. This is Coming Soon, it's in active development (or at least, it was last week). In the interim if you spot anything we miss please ping an email to moderator@ with the advert URL.

Theres currently two advertising for fake bank notes with whatsapp details.
Been others recently for similar.
