I’ve got a cheap pair of spare bindings (burton freestyle) that have cracked on the heel cup, adjacent to where the two moulds are joined.

I’d quite like a second board and wondering if there is any merit in trying to repair them?
Either using super glue or trying some plastic weld?

Is it worth the effort or should I admit defeat and pony up for new bindings and board?

Superglue won't hold if wet for a long time.  I'm sure there is a glue that is strong enough but if the binding has fatigued enough to crack I'm not sure I would bother

Don't bother.  It'll snap again at the top of the mountain when you have a steep powder tree run from heaven in front of you and you have to walk down.

I have some old bindings you can take parts from maybe. It's a fairly common thing to do, make Frankenstein bindings....

Source something new or second hand.... Not worth dicking about trying to fix something that is likely to break again....
