I've just had the our downstairs turned into open plan and hard flooring... so obviously I need a remote control car to make good use of the space. Give me some inspiration!
I'm wondering if a crawler is the way to go..
Open plan and hard flooring sounds perfect for a drift car to me.
Depends on what you'd enjoy really. Want to go fast? go fast sideways? over things?
Definitely a crawler as the only limit to the obstacles you can find is your imagination. Not the ftx outback you linked above though. It’s too fast for a crawler and has no torque. Look at the ftx ibex instead. It’s a much better crawler
I'm open to drifty fun or going over things. I suspect a drift car will get frustrating after a while as it'll be too fast, a crawler might be more fun in the long run. My last RC car was a Traxxas Slash Ultimate, that was a monster!
