As you probably know I've been hitting STW pretty hard lately. I'm getting the job done at work but I am surfing a lot too 😳
So the big boss guy just came in and said 'Can I have a word in my office..?'
'Oh ***,' I thought, 'here we go.'
Turns out he wanted to discuss a contract extension..!
Sigh of relief there then eh? Congrats on the contract extension in this climate that's ace!
When some of the guys working for me are hitting the internet too hard, I tend to stealthily stand behind them and suddenly engage them in discussions about work, not mentioning the blatant surfing while they frantically try to switch windows.
Be aware, he probably knows you've been doing it too much and the scare tactics could have been deliberate.
Maybe take the hint and cut back for a while.

I need to, I'm really bad at this.. 🙁 The last couple of weeks have been frantic bug fixes with gaps in between, so in the inbetween times I've been relaxing.. too much!
