I'm trying to find a lender who will provide a regulated buy-to-let mortgage (the property will be let to family). After a bit of digging, it appears that they do exist, but I can't seem to come up with any names.
Does anyone have any experience of regulated buy-to-let? Is it prohibitively expensive?
Next stop is a mortgage broker, but would prefer to make my own enquiries first.
