Hi,
Anyone out there undergone this particular shoulder operation? I had it done about 3 weeks ago to correct a tendon problem I developed through rock climbing. Wondered what the recovery time is likely to be. I know people fix at different rates, but I'm led to believe it could be a long time - I'm nowhere near being able to ride my bike yet and I should think it'll be months before I can climb again. Getting cabin fever already!
