[Closed] Recording Freecaster?

My internet doesn't work at home yet, it's going to be another month before it is fixed, does anyone know if it's possible to record something on freecaster from work so I can take it home and watch it?

I think downloadhelper add-on on firefox does it - tends to download it rather than record in real time
