Seems offal is the new superfood, but after dodgy experiences as a kid I'm not keen.
Do any of you eat it? How do you cook/serve it?

Do you mince the offal? I seem to remember it having a weird texture.
Tripe? Or beef honeycomb as one Chinese restaurant described it - i fear that might be a step too far.
Wow. loads of offal fans it seems.
Broccoli, sprouts, tapioca - sounds offal to me.
