Seems offal is the new superfood, but after dodgy experiences as a kid I'm not keen.

Do any of you eat it? How do you cook/serve it?

Mmm! Steak and Kidney pudding.

Mmmm! Tripe with vinger and black pepper.

Acually forget tripe I went off it a few years ago.

Do you mince the offal? I seem to remember it having a weird texture.

Tripe? Or beef honeycomb as one Chinese restaurant described it - i fear that might be a step too far.
