I'm wanting a set of compact bins to look a wildlife here on scilly. They need to be waterproof to be used from a kayak, light and suitable for glasses wearers. I've been eyeing up the Nikon travelite ex 8x25.
Anyone got any recommendations?!
I've had a pair of these for a couple of years now, and I love them to bits:

£89 for 8x32, waterproof nitrogen filled, and perfectly pocketable. I've bought cameras from Ace for years, and they are good to deal with, and they're only 12 miles away from me in Bath.
Budget?
Thats pretty much the biggest question with Bino's
Keep an eye on Ebay for some Steiner 7x30's
Thanks for your help. Budget is £100 tops.
I was just going to say I bought some stunning Nikon Monarch 8x42 DCF NEU's but they're over your budget. These are totally waterproof and are very very sharp too and I've been very impressed with them. They've been very highly rated on lots of forums for quality, build and optics. Maybe worth stretching your budget and getting some.
Very nice! But your right. Way over budget unfortunately. Thanks anyway.
I have some of these, probably a little 'cheaper' than what you were looking for but hey are very good, better than my wife's more expensive ones. They are quite heavy tho, dunno if that makes any difference.
