I tore a ligament in my right ankle about 3 years ago. Wore a boot, did physio etc etc and was slowly on the mend.

About 18 months ago i was in an accident (i was stationary at a roundabout and a car hit us from the rear). My foot was on the brake, luckily we didn't go into the car in front.

After further MRI scans earlier this year, it showed the accident caused the tear to rupture again. I am in constant pain with it, some days worse than others.

Can anyone recommend an ankle support or brace for daily use? And possibly one for (hopeful) occasional biking duties? Unless one does all that is. I have been trawling the internet but there is a huge choice.

Any recommendations appreciated.
