[Closed] Recommend me: ad-blocking software for Chrome

I use the one that has the obvious name..

there are two in chrome that work OK and are straightforward to find in the webapps site, although I had to reinstall the one I chose recently as it had stopped blocking google "Ad Choices". Reinstalling solved it.

What free and effective [b]ad-block[/b]ing software is there? Any downsides to using it?

Couldn't say.

Website owners don't particularly like you using it, knackers their advert revenue. C'est la vie.
