I'm off the Las Vegas as part of my honeymoon this summer and we would like to see a proper Las Vegas show. As STW is accepted as the font of all knowledge I thought I would ask here to see if anyone has any recommendations?

I liked the idea of Cirque du Soleil but unfortunately they are not on the the days we are there. The other option I looked at was the Blue Man Group but really, we're very open to ideas (not like that 😉 )

I think Liberace still puts on a good show. People say he's gay, I'm not so sure.

I've been to Vegas twice - first time we saw Blue Man group, second time we saw Rock of Ages.

Both were excellent, thoroughly recommend either.

I'm surprised Cirque is not on, you know it's on in more than one casino? Saw a bit of it on the tv in the hotel room and wasn't that bothered, though...

Personally, I'd rather see the Hoover Dam by night.

If you delay the wedding by a year or so, you could catch the spectacular Susan Boyle residency.

Well worth it IMO.

Seen Cirque (LOVE) and blue man group, both very good. Catch a cirque if you can (there must be one on when your there, they're on practically every day) if not BMG is good

Leave. Go somewhere else, somewhere infinitely better. Hell, even Swindon would be better. Vegas is a dump. Sorry, but it really is. The fountains at the Bellagio are surprisingly good, though.

Martin, I met her en route home from my last Vegas trip for work. She snores in her sleep.

(She had the seat next to me on the flight! )

Any of the Cirque shows are worth it. If she's up for it the Crazy Horse Girls are good too. Bite is a right laugh if you're into your eighties rock music.
