hello again....

from recommendations on STW

for talky-speaky stuff:
Tales from Lake Wobegon
This American Life

and for music:
Stones Throw

I'd add to those
VeloCast
Solid Steel Radio Show
Radio 3 Essays
More or Less (radio 4)

I prefer Velo Club Don Logan to the Velocast but they are both alright.

Kermode and Mayo's film reviews.
Greg Proops Proopcast
NPR all songs considered for new music.
NPR live for live gigs.
Danny Baker on 5live.
7 day Sunday with Al Murray.
Desert Island Discs.
5live sports specials. One coming up about Lance Armstrong on Monday.
The Bugle.
Jay and Silent Bob get old.
Radcliffe and Maconie.
Get them all off I tunes, sorry.
