After a new monitor, maybe 22 inch, for general pc use but also fast enough so I don't get loads of lag and keep getting battered when online gaming
Budget - as cheap as possible
I'm not really sure what I should be looking for with response times of monitors. I've heard benq ones are good

Loads on there. I've bought two 'Dabs Value' monitors in the past; one was a 24" DGM thing, which is better than a Samsung one I've got, and the other is a 28" Hanns-G full HDMI one which is excellent. The latter was only a smidge over £200. That sort of money should get you something decent.

My Sexbox360 is connected to a Dell boring o clock 19" monitor that er indoors liberated from the junk pile where she works.
i guess a pc interface may suffer more than a console?
Apparently some monitors are really slow to respond, I'm just not sure what to look for
