Evening all,

I'm looking for a flask that I can take some soup into work with. Needs to be a reasonable size and can keep my soup hot until lunch time. I'd like it to be rugged as well as it'll get bounced about in my bag.
I've had a couple before but they seemed to leak or be pretty useless at keeping anything hot!

cheers,

A cheap steel one from Wilkinsons - cheap and robust and keep stuff warm.

I recently bought a new flask and Stanley was recommended. Superb. The 1 litre version I have keeps water hot enough to brew tea after 12 hrs, and still too hot to put your finger in after 24 hrs.

\anorak on. I think it's worthwhile looking for the word "vacuum" somewhere on the labelling before you buy. These will keep the contents warmer for longer than the normally insulated ones.\\anorak off

I spent a fiver on a thermos equivalent brand in wilkinsons, keeps me tea/soup/hot chocolate warm all day!

Only problem is the top is quite narrow so difficult to get a spoon in to scrape out the lumpy bits of soup that get left 😛
