Needs to have a live feed on it. Its gonna be used mainly for checking roofs and chimney stacks out so i don't have to risk myself up a ladder.

Happy to be proved wrong but something larger enough to fly outside with live feed will be more than £50.
Plus if it's for commercial use there's a load of stuff you need to be aware of.
Yes, one that can fly outside in conditions that aren't perfectly still will run you much more than £50. Anything that price and lower is basically an indoor toy, and even those with live camera feeds cost more than that.
Not assuming you are, but if you're using it commercially in the UK you'll also need to qualify with it, which costs around £2K to do. Once you have the qualification, for now at least, drone pilots get paid pretty well.
