Needs:
room for 2 cards, plus a slot near the surface for the oyster card & single handed access for the train ticket while trying to manhandle a Brompton through the rush hour, station crush.
Would be nice if it were flat & slipped into a pocket too. Perhaps an iphone5 case with add ons?
Any ideas?

I've been using them for years, as I not only carry an Oyster Card in mine, but all the internal doors at work require a similar card to open, so my Jimi is on an Animal lanyard to let me pull it out of my pocket easily, several dozen times a day. It also has my drivers licence in, plus a couple of bank cards, and folded cash on the other side under the clip. Brilliant wallet, although the hinges will start to crack after some time.
