[Closed] recommend me a basic printer that's reliable

and doesn't cost the world in ink replacements!!
mainly to be used for basic black and white documents.

Cheapest HP laserjet costs about £80 I think. Rock solid, no ink cartridges to dry out and a £40 toner cartridge will do you a couple of thousand prints

Ive got a Kodak ESP3, prints great, cheap refills last longer than those on my old canon.

I have spare epson 830U boxed with 6 spare black cartridges £25. Will keep you printing for a few years.
