A Boy and His Dog
Anything with shark in the title - Sharknado, Sharktopus, Dinoshark, Megashark vrs whatever it wants, the list is almost endless! Stand outs are Swampshark with Kirsty Swanson and 2 headed shark attack with Hulk Hogans daughter!
Troll Hunter is never a B movie, and its flippin brilliant.
Attack of the killer tomatoes
sharknado and the sharknado 2. both currently plying on one of the satellite channels. brilliant films best viewed with a bottle or two of beer.
I'm going with "Nightbreed" any film where you use David Cronenburg as an actor and Clive Barker as a producer has to be a spectacularly compelling omnishambles
Battle beyond the stars.
Creepshow.
I think "They Live" has already been mentioned, but it gets a huge +1 from me!
How about "Big Trouble In Little China". Brilliant brilliant stuff!

Bullshot
My Cousin Vinny
Red Rock West
Bad Day at Black Rock
El mariachi
Man bites dog
as mentioned above, any of the early 'cannibal' films, apocolypse/holocaust etc
also cant believe street trash has only had one mention.
'Them' (more mutant ants)
'The Legend Of Boggy Creek' (Home-movie quality with sublimely creepy vibe - documenting alleged sasquatch encounters in Boggy Creek)
Invaders From Mars (1953)
'Death Proof' (Another retro-styled B movie tribute thing, but no less awesome)
Man bites Dog is epic!
Killer Klowns from Outer Space - now that's a 'B' movie.

I thought Planet Terror was far better than Death Proof
