Planning a break in the Lakes, looking for a family room for 4, ideally no dogs

Royal Oak in Braithwaite, was due there last weekend but had to cancel through illness. But have stayed before and it's lovely. Bottom of the Whinlatter Pass and can walk to Keswick.
Or the Black Bull in Coniston has a fantastic room that can sleep a family, Room 9, we stayed for our anniversary (sans kids) last month.

parkfield on the heads in keswick.
the best b n b i have ever stayed in.
stayed there last weekend.

A friends parents own one that looks nice.... Hang on! (I've never been and get no kickback, just seen the pics she's showed me)
