Mark Cavendish's autobiography, Laurent Fignon's is ace.
If you haven't read Touching the Void?
Into Thin air - Jon Krakauer
It's All About the Bike: The Pursuit of Happiness On Two Wheels - Robert Penn

The search for Robert Millar is the best factual book I've read about cycling.

Also try these if you want to learn about how road cycling makes you crazy.
Put me back on my bike - tom Simpson
It's not about the bike - lance
Sex, Lies and Handlebar tape.

And...
the escape Artist.

If you have an kindle e-reader you could try this one.

The author is a complete cock but some people like the book and it's only 70p!

french revolutions by Tim Moore is a great book

It's not a bad book, and there are some pretty funny bits, but by the end of it I really wanted to punch the author...

I found Sex, Lies and handlebar tape really boring!!
Graeme Obree's book is really good too.
