about 72 inches - needs to be moveable occasionally so wheels not essential.

Should be easy enough, angle iron, four heavy duty castors, a zinc top with a substantial vice support. You can buy drawer sections for underneath or to hang from the ends. Extend the height at the back for extra storage and lighting.
