Down to the last of the Christmas chocolates now, Its been a battle but I think I'm nearly there.

Anyway, just started on a box of really fancy looking ones - they have coloured prints on each choc, all swirls and flowers and stuff - but the flavours WTF?

Here's a sample for your delectation:
Milk Chai - no idea but very sickly
Milk ginger - not too bad, quite a gingery twang
Almond & cardomon - not keen on this, I thought cardomons went in curry?
Bergamot tea - dont taste like PG thats for sure.
Raspberry & Balsamic - this one melted in its own oils before I could get to it.
70% Sao Thome - Not a clue.
Chilli Pepper - now theres chilli chocs and chilli chocs, and this one made my eyes water!
Salted caramel - havent dared yet. Perhaps save for when I need to induce vomiting.
Exotic Ganache - Sickly in the extreme.
Hazelnut & cinnamon - probably better in cakes than chocolate.

Feeling quite queasy now, Danucci the artisan chocolatier has a lot to answer for, oh no quick pass me the salted caramels!

that's because bergamot is in Earl Grey tea, not PG. Common oik!

Sao Tome is just the place the choc comes from, I believe.

My wife bought me a stack of fancy chocolate bars for Xmas, some had stuff like rosemary or chilli in.

Should be interesting to get stuck in.

Salt chocolate is the business.

Explains why the chocolate hobnob is the King of Biscuits.

Not sure about caramel with it though.
