dammit, i was doing so well unitl the third level!
I got past the third level in the end, its the one after I can't do. It helps if you try not to spend too much in the earlier levels then you have more for the later ones.

It took me a couple of tries but I eventually got it, TIP start with a parasite as it is undetectable. Start with any other and the it will be spotted and the borders/airports will close!
WCA, it is random, thats why its best to kepp your big stacks on your borders. I always make a dive for a corner / edge
Grr still can't beat it.
