The Dutch make the worst cheese.

They also make some of the best cheese.

Visited a farm on the edge of Amsterdam earlier this year, their product was top notch.

I only remember eating cakes, pastries and pizza when I used to frequent Amsterdam. Munchie food 😋

I'm talking about the generic, tasteless, rubbery stuff like Edam, Gouda and Leerdammer. I'd include Babybel but that's French.

It's because it's made backwards.

How does this happen!?...

You make your coffee using ground coffee - when putting away you carefully tap the bag down to make sure it's all settled. You then fold the bag down, again being careful not to shake the contents. Then you keep the bag closed with an elastic band.

Pop the ground coffee in the fridge making sure it's upright.

Next time you use it you unroll the top and ground coffee flirts everywhere!! How has it got through the rolled up top!!? 🤷‍♂️

Even mild rubbery edam is better than epoisses in my book (vomit).

Has anyone else noticed that tea can vary in strength depending on the cup it's brewed in?

Same brand/batch of tea bag

Same water temp

Same steep time

Different cups

It's the wurst 😉

Some varieties are nice, some are a bit weird. Proper currywurst is great, mit Pommes frites.

Is it time for the 26/27 Ski and snowboard thread? I'm still holding off creating one as I'm not a) the Cap, or b) a big hitter.

"Made with" but it's not actually cheese right, it's a cheese based product?

Google would suggest that squeezy cheese is a little over 50% cheese.  Primula isn't vastly different either.
