Anyone made it or tried it, and was it worth it?
We've been given a load and can only make and consume so much Quince jelly.

Worth a go I think. There's a German spirit called kleine feigling that is fig vodka and that's delicious.
So based on that...I reckon it's worth a shot! Pun intended. What's the worst that can happen?

Go for it. I've recently made rhubarb vodka, blueberry vodka, blackberry vodka, gooseberry gin, redcurrant gin, damson rum and apple vodka. Rhubarb was definitely the best but I'd happily drink all the others again. ๐Ÿ˜›

Welsh, but with access to lots of fruit from my allotment and a 'healthy' appetite for interesting booze.
