I signed up to Quidco and Topcahsback a long time ago and only really ever used TCB. Recently I got an email from Quidco saying that if I spend £10 at one of their approved retailers I will get £10 back. So I did that at CRC. I bought some gloves for £11.99.
Then the strange things started to happen. Firstly quidco recorded that transaction as £9.99 and I did not get my £10. Not the end of the world as I returned the gloves as they didnt fit!
Then more worryingly I keep getting tracked transactions from CRC registering in my Quidco account. I am not making these orders so how are they being registered with my Quidco account?? Everytime I get one I check my CRC account and everything is normal...So basically I am ending up with cmoney from purchases I have not made..Its happened twice. I have £1.20 in my account!!
Has anyone else had this happen?

happened to me with euro car parts....
the transactions never tracked though.
as for the full value not showing. some companies only pay it on the non vat value/
quidco recorded that transaction as £9.99
Is that the value without VAT? Many firms only pay cashback on the pre VAT value
That would make sense I suppose!
