started the running on monday, light 30mins, due to run today and then again on fri... but my legs (quadriceps) still feel a bit stiff.
should i forgo the run and instead do a brisk dog walk then run on fri, or just get on with it and run?
i'm due to go on a long bike ride tomorrow which i don't want to have to miss.
