I've sold a post on pinkbike, buyers paid through paypal. I can't see a postage address on paypal. Do you only get that when you sell on ebay? Chap seems honest enough and has provided me with his address.
Paypal gift or normal? I'd expect to see an address on a normal transaction. If it's gift you don't actually have to send the item anyway

The buyer has sold a fair bit on pinkbike so I've no reason to believe he's not honest plus it's only for £25. I'm planning a bit of a clearout so I imagine most people will use paypal. Maybe I'll contact paypal to clarify.
It sounds like they've sent it as a gift rather than for goods/services which is why there's no address. There's nothing untoward going on, they've just tried to save you a few quid on the fees is all.
