Can someone try and open this link please:
does it work for you?
I'm trying to workout whether 60 students trying to access it at once means the server is rejecting all requests, or just ones from my uni's IP

Thanks all. Looks like 60 students have managed to bring down the Scottish Government...census website
Now to redesign an entire assignment in the next hour.
