Quick (and possible stupid) question about car insurance.

I have 2 cars, one I'm fully comp insured on, and one which is taxed and moted, but is in my driveway with no insurance.

Am I allowed to drive the one with no insurance 3rd party?

thanks

policies like that always state something along the lines of, the other car not being owned by you

Or the other car must have insurance with someone else.

Car must be covered by it's own policy for you to drive it 3rd party and there may also be a problem with you owning it as well to avoid people insuring an old banger to let them drive a much more expensive car.

more of an issue is the fact that the law changed and if its taxed and not sorned then it must be insured.

And check your fully comp policy actually allows driving of other vehicles third party, it used to be standard that all did but is now quite rare!
