Having someone offer a million pounds if I push a button is a weird thing to happen to someone, so I'd assume a similar weird thing would happen to someone else if i pushed it. I don't think the weird thing would be nasty, or more accurately if it was nasty then the sort of person who would do such a thing would carry on doing nasty things irrespective of if I pushed a button.
